  24. At this time, the conversion process from YCC to 24bit RGB is hard coded 
  25. into AsimCDFS.  We have had a few requests to make this user-definable, 
  26. and are considering it for future revisions.

  28. As for the post-processing options - AsimCDFS is strictly a PhotoCD 
  29. converter and offers no processing functions.  What we do, however, is 
  30. convert from PCD to 24bit IFF on the fly.  This allows you to use 
  31. whatever image processing program you wish, as long as it can import IFF.

  43. There is a preferences program for AsimCDFS that will allow you to 
  44. control how the icons are created, including:
  45.   - size - small and large
  46.   - buffer options  - none, or buffer to HD
  47.   - colour selection - a "quick" mode, or quality mode
  48.   - number of colours - map to WB, 2, 4, 8 16, 32, 64, 128 and 256 colours
  49.   - default tool type for icons.
