- Hi,
-
- At this time, the conversion process from YCC to 24bit RGB is hard coded
- into AsimCDFS. We have had a few requests to make this user-definable,
- and are considering it for future revisions.
-
- As for the post-processing options - AsimCDFS is strictly a PhotoCD
- converter and offers no processing functions. What we do, however, is
- convert from PCD to 24bit IFF on the fly. This allows you to use
- whatever image processing program you wish, as long as it can import IFF.

-
- There is a preferences program for AsimCDFS that will allow you to
- control how the icons are created, including:
- - size - small and large
- - buffer options - none, or buffer to HD
- - colour selection - a "quick" mode, or quality mode
- - number of colours - map to WB, 2, 4, 8 16, 32, 64, 128 and 256 colours
- - default tool type for icons.
